Just stopped in with some wheel questions as I had a problem after another shop trued them up. Wayne and his team were super patient, despite how busy they were, and left me feeling well taken care of and well suited to get back on the trail. I'm not going to mess around with anyone else for parts or service when I'm in Denver; I'll be going straight to C3 instead. I should also mention that I purchased a kids bike from them previously, and love their trade-up program such that I can upgrade my son to a new bike once he's ready. Keep up the great work, C3!

I have taken my bike in for service to the other bike shops in town and c3 has the best customer service by far! They are down to earth, non pretentious, knowledgeable, cool people. Their prices are the lowest in town and they are honest and they dont try to over sell. My brakes were included in a recall and they informed me and actually did all the paperwork for me. I highly reccomend this shop😁

Bought a bike at one of their locations which is now closed. It was a horrible experience and took them a long time to get the bike right. now that I have taken the bike to a proper bike shop, it's going to cost me almost $1,000 to get the appropriate components put on to it.

if you want your bike built by people who know absolutely nothing about building bicycles, this is your shop.

Also, I donated a bike to this shop and they never gave me a receipt, so if you like to be screwed over and lied to, again this is the best shop in town for that

Bike shop yes but obviously not a real bike shop. Not capable of doing any actual work on anything critical. If you want to have your bike dropped off and have someone spray wd40 on your gears..... that's about what they can do to charge you 75$ dont go here I waited 2weeks to be told they were just not capable of fixing simple things

Great people all around! Took my bike in for service and knew it would be a few days to get it back with what needed to be done. There was a drop in communication on a part that was taking longer to get. I had a buddy come into town which we where supposed to ride, went down to check on my bike which wasn’t done yet so they gave me a loner to tie me over. This is what customer service is all about. I’ve been back for all my needs because how they handled the situation. Thank you!
